Nick Yocum
Bio
Nick Yocum has appeared on stages throughout metro Detroit, having earned a B.F.A. in performance from Wayne State, while also studying abroad at the Moscow Art Theatre School where he earned a certificate of advanced acting training. Nick completed an apprenticeship at Tipping Point Theatre, where he has also been seen on stage in numerous shows, including The Last Five Years, and A Comedy of Tenors. Select Credits include LUNGS (Kickshaw Theatre), Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (Performance Network), The Legend of Georgia McBride, The Rocky Horror Show (Ringwald Theatre), Hamlet, and Romeo and Juliet (Shakespeare Royal Oak). He has also worked at Open Book, Penny Seats, and with the Michigan Opera Theatre. He is now, proudly, an Artistic Associate at Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit where he oversees the technical theatre training programs.
