Sam Schikora

Sam Schikora (he/they) is a freelance designer, technician, and theatre artist from Ypsilanti, MI.  Sam earned their BA in Entertainment Design & Technology with a focus in lighting design from Eastern Michigan University in 2021.  They have worked across southeast Michigan including at Tipping Point Theatre, Theatre Nova, the Michigan Theatre, and Concordia University Ann Arbor.  They are also the Company Manager and a co-founding member of Bug Pit Collaborative Arts, an Ypsilanti-based arts group that strives to celebrate the bugs of our community through experimental performances that include clowning, puppets, and devising techniques.  Sam is very excited to be working on Baba and with such a great team here at Williamston!
